1、有编写测试脚本 能力，可以针对嵌入式应用软件进行功能、性能、可靠性、容错、压力测试验证，并收集和分析数据，发现并记录、回归测试完成问题修复； 2、自动驾驶相关部件的选型测试：对接厂商和需求，制定测试计划、测试方案，输出准确可靠的测试结论；对路测中的问题，与厂家商量issue修复方案、计划并跟踪验证； 3、L2++/L4/V2X相关系统产品集成后调试，及时总结复盘并推动问题解决； 4、可以协助量产和产线测试。

1、优秀的嵌入式软件测试理论、方法和标准； 2、熟悉各类通信协议（I2C/CAN/ETH/UART等）； 3、熟练使用jira、wiki以及git或其他软件工具； 4、熟悉Linux，有能力修改和维护测试软件和脚本：Python、C\C++； 5、具备良好的跨团队工程沟通、口头和书面表达能力。 加分项： 1、有良好的英语口语交流能力； 2、有自动驾驶、无人车、机器人等项目经验优先； 3、熟练使用测试设备或测试工具，能编写脚本实现自研软件模块测试自动化更佳；
