1. 负责对接运营team，并能够系统化梳理并完善计算/车辆平台相关的各类正常/异常的运营需求及场景； 2. 负责基于运营需求及场景，设计计算及车辆平台相关的系统方案并拆解系统需求至软硬件team，包括：上下电（远程&本地）/低功耗/解闭锁/数据存储&上传/车辆平台/各类异常处理等； 3. 负责协调内部软硬件团队，牵头进行系统方案及系统需求的验证，确保需求及方案能够及时落地；

1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上产品/系统工程师经验； 2. 熟悉自动驾驶整体系统架构/EE架构，对车辆平台具备较深的知识储备； 3. 具有优秀的沟通协调能力及主动性，推动产品方案落地； 4. 具备良好的运营产品思维，能够从运营角度设计方案及拆解需求； 5. 有系统架构设计以及系统需求拆解开发经验；
