1.自动驾驶硬件系统的研发与调试：参与自动驾驶硬件系统的调试工作，负责硬件的调试和性能优化，包括但不限于自动驾驶计算系统，传感器，散热，供电等部分的调试和问题分析，确保自动驾驶系统的稳定运行。 2.自动驾驶车辆及自动驾驶系统硬件问题的诊断与解决：熟悉车辆的电气特性和应用环境，具备较强的硬件问题 debug 能力，能够迅速定位并解决各类硬件故障和疑难问题，并对问题进行深入分析，提出有效的解决方案，并跟踪问题的解决进度，确保硬件系统的稳定运行。 3.文档撰写与维护：撰写详细的硬件问题分析报告及改善方案文档，包括硬件问题的详细分析，调试记录、测试报告，改善方案，操作指导手册等，为硬件的后续维护和升级提供有力支持。

任职要求 1.学历与专业：本科及以上学历，电子信息、通信工程、自动化控制等相关专业。 2.工作经验：具有3年以上硬件工作经验，或者2年以上自动驾驶或汽车电子领域的工作经验，有量产项目的硬件开发和调试经验者优先。 专业技能： 1.深入了解自动驾驶系统架构，包括传感器（摄像头、雷达、激光雷达等）、计算系统、线控底盘（转向、制动、加速等控制系统）等硬件的组成与协同工作原理。 2.了解嵌入式操作系统，如 Linux、RTOS 等在自动驾驶电子系统中的应用，掌握 Python 等脚本语言，用于自动化测试、数据采集与分析，提高问题分析与解决效率。 3.深入理解汽车电子电气架构，熟悉汽车电子常用通信协议，如 CAN、LIN、FlexRay、Ethernet 等，能够进行网络协议分析、故障排查与优化，确保自动驾驶系统各电子控制单元之间的稳定通信。 4.熟练使用各种硬件测试设备，如示波器、频谱分析仪、CAN分析仪等，能够进行信号测量、时序分析、电磁兼容性的分析等。 5.精通模拟电路与数字电路，能深入分析电路原理、故障机制并进行优化设计。熟悉常用电子元器件特性、选型与应用，如各类传感器、微控制器、功率器件等在自动驾驶系统中的应用场景。 能力要求： 1.具备较强的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力，能够迅速定位和解决硬件问题，对疑难问题有深入的分析和解决能力. 2.良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够与跨部门团队紧密合作，共同完成项目开发任务. 3.较强的学习能力和自我驱动力，能够快速掌握新技术和新知识，适应自动驾驶领域快速发展的需求 4.具备良好的抗压能力，能够在项目周期内高效地完成各项工作任务
