团队负责根据道路、周围环境、其他车辆行人等实时交通情况，决定和控制自动驾驶车辆如何行驶，是自动驾驶中最核心的团队之一。 团队的软件或算法工程师负责以下工作中的一项或几项： 1. 高性能、高可靠性的Planning架构设计与系统开发； 2. 高精度、高性能的计算几何与数值计算算法开发与优化； 3. 在驾驶决策等方面通过机器学习或其他算法提升自动驾驶车辆的能力；

职位要求 1. 优秀的编程能力，熟悉C、C++、Python、Java等主流编程语言中的至少一种，熟悉常用的数据结构与算法； 2. 优秀的沟通与协作能力； 3. 优秀的问题转化与建模能力，需要创新性的思维解决全行业都没有解决过的有挑战的问题；
