The posting

1. 负责职场的日常工程维修管理，包括但不限于水电、墙面、地面、门窗、空调、办公家具等设施设备的日常巡检、故障排查及维修跟进，确保职场设施正常运行； 2. 统筹办公职场装修相关工作，包括装修方案初步对接、施工单位筛选与沟通、施工过程监督、装修质量验收、装修资料归档等，把控装修进度与成本，确保装修工作符合公司需求及安全标准； 3. 建立职场工程维修、装修台账，详细记录巡检情况、维修记录、装修流程、物料消耗、费用支出等信息，做到台账清晰、有据可查； 4. 对接外部维修、装修服务商（如物业、装修公司、设备维保单位等），洽谈合作事宜、签订服务协议，监督服务质量与效率，做好费用核算； 5. 负责职场安全隐患排查，重点关注装修施工安全、水电安全等，及时发现问题并协调整改，防范安全事故发生； 6. 与物业管理方保持密切沟通，处理报修、园区停车位、入驻/退租手续等事宜； 7. 配合完成其他日常工作，如职场环境维护、固定资产管理、员工办公需求响应等，完成上级交办的其他行政相关任务； 8. 配合完成职场消防安全检查、及各项行政合规性检查。

- 本科及以上学历，行政管理、工程管理、建筑装修等相关专业优先； - 具备3年及以上行政装修相关工作经验； - 熟悉办公场所水电、装修施工流程及质量标准，能独立处理常见维修问题、对接装修相关事宜。 - 加分项：（满足任意一条优先录用） -有千平以上职场装修相关工作经验； -持有水电工证、装修相关从业资格证者优先； -有在1000人以上规模企业或甲级写字楼负责行政综合维修的经验； -熟练使用CAD、SketchUp或广联达等软件。
