1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息技术等相关专业。具备丰富的质量保障或过程改进的经验。 2. 2年以上互联网、软件行业的测试经验。 3. 良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。 4. 强烈的责任感和质量观念，逻辑缜密，细心。 5. 具备良好的文档总结能力和培训技巧，持续学习并沉淀测试技术和方法论。
