QA AI Agent探索与落地：结合AI能力研发面向QA场景的智能Agent，赋能运营QA日常工作，提升问题处理的智能化水平与闭环效率； 3. 自动化Pipeline建设：搭建并持续优化QA自动化流水线，推动测试流程标准化与自动化，提高系统质量问题的发现与闭环能力，降低对QA人力规模扩张的依赖； 4. 内部自主提效：在产研资源有限的情况下，优先利用团队内部测开能力完成提效工作，快速响应业务需求；后续可根据情况与产研团队配合，推动解决方案产品化； 5. 目标对齐与持续改进：跨团队沟通协作，明确阶段性工作目标；主动识别QA工作中的痛点与瓶颈，推动问题闭环解决。
