The posting

  • 全程紧跟车型项目的质量各方面，从源头准入、项目过程质量、产线质量、车厂售后质量各环节确保车型项目达到Robotaxi运营所需的车辆质量目标。
  • 面向Robotaxi运营的质量要求，在车型项目的全生命周期，实施Robotaxi工况特有的质量管理，并驱动OEM进行硬件闭环改进：
  • 在项目初期设定车辆质量目标，与OEM合作伙伴共同搭建车型项目质量管理方法和实施路径；
  • 在项目过程中，对内组织内部质量评审，对外协同监督OEM负责的质量评审，灵活利用APQP/PPAP等质量管理工具，确保项目关键阀点前的质量问题有效关闭和闭环，特别是SOP前质量评估；
  • 在与OEM车辆项目问题的解决中，有机的和工程师、QA、测试、项目经理、生产团队合作，充分利用数据分析，定义归因规则，推动车辆质量提升和问题解决，确保各试制阶段的质量目标达成；
  • 量产后，推动质保和售后问题响应机制的落实，建立质量索赔与售后激励机制，从质量角度确保OEM及其售后团队及时解决车辆问题，并评估对Robotaxi运营的影响
  • 对外代表项目组对接OEM质量，确保原车质量基线；对内确保自动驾驶方案与原车集成前装不引入新问题，建立可追溯的质量体系。
  • 本科及以上学历，专业为汽车专业，机械专业，电子电器专业。
  • 8年以上主机厂质量工程经验，熟悉APQP / PPAP / IATF 16949，具备灵活应用FMEA、8-D问题分析等工具的经验。
  • 具备极强的跨公司沟通和谈判能力，具备驱动OEM解决问题的能力。
  • 有完整的车型SOP全过程和售后质量管控经验，具备跨部门协调能力，有推动内外部共同解决问题的经验。
  • 具备数据分析、统计分析的能力和工程思维。

加分项： - 熟悉CAN/LIN总线诊断和UDS诊断协议，熟悉汽车电子电器架构（EEA）或底盘电控系统 - 具备项目管理素质，理解时间管理，问题管理，成本管理的核心，并能在矛盾时，基于现状做出利益最大化的权衡判断。 - 丰富的问题分析解决和数据统计分析的实践经验，具备创造性思维和独立思考能力，具备挑战OEM分析报告的能力。
