1. 3年以上互联网、软件行业的测试工作经验、本科以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2. 具备丰富的产品测试经验可以独立完成复杂系统的整体质量保障，以及专项测试实施经验； 3. 至少了解一门编程语言，能够独立编写自动化脚本、测试工具提升测试效率； 4. 具备较强的逻辑分析能力和学习能力，能够识别项目中存在的各类质量问题，并推动持续改进； 5. 具备出色的沟通协调能力，能够清晰理解需求、高效传递信息，并具备良好的团队协作意识； 6.加分项：具备大型项目相关质量保障背景候选人优先考虑。
