岗位职责 1. 行为预测前沿算法研发： 参与研发下一代端到端或基于大语言模型（LLM）的社会车/行人意图与轨迹预测算法，应对极其复杂的博弈与交互场景； 2. 多模态大模型落地 (Issue Triage)： 探索并应用多模态大模型（如视频+点云+文本序列），针对海量路测接管 Case 进行智能分析与自动化诊断（Issue Triage），挖掘并提炼长尾场景（Corner Cases），加速数据闭环； 3. AI Agent 智能体构建： 开发基于大模型的 AI Agent 框架，用于自动化场景仿真、数据自动标注、多智能体交互演练及模型效果的自动化评估； 4. 模型优化与部署： 参与端到端模型或大模型在自动驾驶链路中的微调（SFT/RLHF）、推理加速与轻量化部署，确保算法在实际业务中的高效流转。

1. 在顶级会议或期刊（如 CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICLR, ICRA, IROS 等）有相关论文发表者优先； 2. 在知名轨迹预测公开数据集（如 Waymo Open Dataset, Argoverse, nuScenes 等）挑战赛中取得优异名次者优先； 3. 曾在 ACM-ICPC、NOI/NOIP 等编程竞赛中获奖，或有 Kaggle 比赛经验者优先； 4. 参与过知名开源大模型/多模态模型/Agent 相关的 GitHub 高星项目贡献者优先；
