工作时间： 接受灵活调班，周一至周日以及法定节假日按排班表上班，做五休二，早班:07:00-15:15，晚班：15:15-23:30，通宵班：23:30-07:00，班次会根据业务需要灵活调整。

职位描述： 1.使用远程协助系统，根据运营需要处理车辆的远程协助请求。 2.收集、整理和归纳远程协助系统的使用问题以及建议，与相关负责团队及时反馈和沟通。 3.将无法立即解决的问题及时上报至支持团队，跟踪问题解决进度。 4.整理阶段性远程协助数据报告。 5.协助客服专员完成用户沟通，信息反馈等工作任务。 6.配合远程协助系统以及客服系统相关的测试反馈任务。

1.全日制中专学历以上，专业不限； 2.计算机中文输入40字/分钟左右，熟练使用基本的办公电脑技能和App使用技能，如电子邮箱，EXCEL，WORD等办公软件； 3.普通话标准，善于沟通，具备良好的应变能力和抗压能力； 4.具有较强的学习适应能力，快速熟练地掌握系统以及新功能； 5.能适应轮班轮休工作制，8小时工作制； 6.有C1/C2驾照3年或以上; 7.最近连续3个记分周期内无记满12分记录; 8.最近1年内无超速50%以上、超员、超载、违反交通信号灯通行等严重交通违法行为记录，无饮酒后驾驶或者醉酒驾驶视机动车记录,无服用国家管制的精神药品或者麻醉药品记录； 9.无致人死亡或者重伤的交通事故责任记录。
