团队负责根据道路、周围环境、其他车辆行人等实时交通情况，决定自动驾驶车辆如何行驶，是自动驾驶中最核心的团队之一。负责以下工作中的一项或几项： 1. 高性能、高可靠性的 L4 自动驾驶 Planning 算法架构设计、算法与系统开发； 2. 对端到端模型结果进行优化和兜底，通过后处理确保车辆行为安全可控，实现不依赖高精地图、满足L4能力与要求的自动驾驶系统； 3. 使用较低算力和部分传感器与端到端技术，实现满足L4能力与要求的冗余系统； 4. 路测大数据分析处理架构设计与系统开发； 5. 仿真平台开发，基于海量路测数据，使仿真平台更符合真实路测场景；

1. 优秀的编程能力，熟悉C、C++、Python、Java等主流编程语言中的至少一种，熟悉常用的数据结构与算法； 2. 优秀的沟通与协作能力； 3. 优秀的问题转化与建模能力，需要创新性的思维解决全行业都没有解决过的有挑战的问题。 加分项: 会开车
