1. 负责大语言模型（LLM）的应用开发、性能优化与落地实施，根据具体业务场景设计并实施高效、可落地的 AI 解决方案； 2. 参与模型的微调（Fine-tuning）、提示工程（Prompt Engineering）、推理加速、评估监控及上线部署，提升模型在垂直领域中的表现力与稳定性； 3. 开发基于大语言模型的创新产品研发，如智能问答系统、企业知识库、智能检索系统等落地应用； 4. 跟进并研究模型技术前沿（如 LangChain、RAG、LoRA、MCP 等），与技术团队协同将原型技术转化为可规模化部署的应用。

1. 学历与经验 - 计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历 - 至少 1 年以上大模型相关应用开发经验，有实际项目落地或开源贡献优先 2. 技术能力 - 熟练使用 Python，具备良好的代码风格与开发习惯； - 熟悉主流深度学习框架（如 PyTorch/TensorFlow），理解 Transformer 等基础模型结构； - 熟悉大模型的微调手段（如 SFT、LoRA）及部署流程，了解模型量化、压缩和性能优化方法； - 掌握常见大模型应用开发技术，包括知识增强生成（RAG）、向量数据库（如 Faiss、Milvus 等）、LangChain 或 LlamaIndex 工具链； - 了解智能体框架（如 AutoGen、LangGraph、CrewAI）和基础多智能体通信协议（如 MCP、A2A）； - 能进行 Prompt 工程优化，具备模型效果自动评估经验 3. 软性要求 - 热爱 AI 与自然语言处理，有持续学习和技术钻研的热情 - 具备较强的沟通协作能力，能与产品、业务和算法团队高效协同，将技术方案清晰传达转化为落地解决方案 加分项 - 有开源大模型（如 LLaMA、ChatGLM、Baichuan 等）调研或使用经验 - 有实际 AIGC 产品开发经验，如智能问答、代码生成、AI 辅助办公等 - 具备向量搜索系统、Prompt 评估、自动化测试落地经验者优先
