【职位概述】

负责与外部客户深入沟通，支持完成项目所需的相关技术解决方案的设计、规划和落地。作为海外开城项目行车能力的项目全链条主导，包括测试准备阶段，测试阶段，及运营放行及交付等各阶段技术解决方案的输出和外部客户信息的同步与落地。

【岗位职责】

1. 负责Robotaxi出海服务（比如新加坡及其他地区）与行车能力相关的端到端解决方案设计，包括阶段性项目节点的需求拆解与排期，海外开城ODD的踩点及选定，阶段性目标的达成及追踪。 2. 针对目标海外市场的法规环境、道路条件和用户习惯，支持研发输入契合当地驾驶需求的指导信息。 3. 主导和客户的技术交流会议，通过专业技术工具主导分析行车能力迭代情况及可视化场景Issue的实际分布情况及类别的优先级，给内部研发计划提供明确的方向目标。 4. 在项目交付的全生命周期内，清晰掌握项目落地各阶段车端技术的现状能力；与内部项目经理团队、测试团队紧密协作，明确Robotaxi项目落地过程各阶段的实现状态，并主导达成项目落地的各阶段性目标。 5. 跟踪Robotaxi行业趋势与技术演进，收集分析竞品质量管理的技术路线及海外市场反馈，为产品规划提供决策依据。 6. 沉淀海外区域Robotaxi产品车端性能质量保证的知识与经验，构建可复制的解决方案资产体系，支撑跨国业务的复制扩展。

【任职要求】

  • 经验背景：5年以上智驾系统相关的产品管理经验，对智驾系统的环境挑战有深入理解；有To B或跨团队协作经验者优先；有直接Robotaxi相关行业经验加分。
  • 沟通与协作：沟通表达清晰，具备良好的跨团队推动能力，能够在复杂协作关系中保持主动与耐心。
  • 项目管理能力：具备基础的项目管理意识，能独立跟进多任务并行推进，熟练使用项目管理工具（如Jira、Tapd、飞书等）。
  • 英语能力：英文可作为工作语言，能够主导和外部客户的商务会议。有新加坡学习或工作经验者优先。
