负责车载TBOX（Telematics Box）的无线通信系统从技术开发到量产落地的全链路工作。工程师将深度参与5G/4G、Wi-Fi、蓝牙、V2X等前沿通信技术在汽车场景的应用，主导无线认证，并确保产品符合全球市场法规要求，是连接车辆、云端与路侧单元的关键技术桥梁。 职位职责： TBOX无线通信系统开发 负责车载TBOX无线通信子系统的架构设计、协议栈开发与性能优化，确保通信功能稳定可靠。 - 5G/4G LTE通信：主导通信模组（高通/联发科/华为海思等）的驱动开发、协议栈（NAS/EMM/ESM）调试及网络性能优化。 - Wi-Fi热点/客户端：负责Wi-Fi功能开发、射频性能调优，并完成与智能座舱系统的深度集成。 - 蓝牙协议栈：开发BLE（低功耗蓝牙）与Classic Bluetooth协议栈，实现设备配对、音视频流传输及近场控车等核心功能。 - V2X直连通信：负责C-V2X（包括Uu接口和PC5直连）协议栈开发，推动V2X预警、协同感知等场景的应用落地。 - 系统联调：协同座舱、智驾、车身等域控制器，完成整车级通信系统的联合调试与疑难问题攻关。 TBOX量产交付 主导TBOX产品从前沿方案到规模量产（SOP）的全生命周期开发，确保项目按时、按质交付。 - 全流程管理：主导从方案设计、需求分解、软硬件开发到DVP（设计验证计划）测试的全流程。 - 接口与评审：主导与整车厂（OEM）的技术接口定义、需求评审及方案确认。 - 生产支持：负责量产阶段的PPAP（生产件批准程序）支持、生产一致性保障及客户端技术问题分析。 - 文档编写：主导编写需求规格书、设计说明书、测试用例等全套技术文档。 无线通信认证 负责TBOX产品全球市场准入所需的各类无线通信认证，确保产品合规上市。 - 认证规划与执行：制定认证测试计划，主导以下关键认证项目的技术对接与问题整改： - CE/FCC：射频辐射、传导骚扰等测试整改。 - CCC/CTA：中国强制性产品认证及进网许可。 - E-Mark：欧盟车载电子产品认证。 - GCF/PTCRB：蜂窝通信一致性认证。 - Wi-Fi Alliance：Wi-Fi互操作性及性能认证。 - Bluetooth SIG：蓝牙资格认证（BQB测试）。 - 国内V2X认证：如CCSA、信通院相关测试。 - 实验室协作：与TÜV、SGS、CTTL等认证实验室保持密切技术沟通，推动测试进度。 - 合规库建设：建立并维护无线认证的技术检查清单（Checklist）与合规知识库。

专业知识与技能 - 5G/LTE通信：熟悉3GPP R15/R16协议栈，了解NR空口基本原理，有高通、联发科、华为海思或紫光展锐等主流通信模组的实际开发经验。 - Wi-Fi技术：熟悉IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be协议族，了解WPA3安全机制，有Wi-Fi双频并发、射频性能调试经验者优先。 - 蓝牙技术：熟悉蓝牙Core Spec 5.0/5.3及LE Audio协议栈，了解GAP/GATT/ATT层，熟练掌握A2DP、HFP、SPP等Profile开发。 - V2X技术：了解C-V2X双模通信架构，熟悉SAE J3063、3GPP R14/R15等相关标准，有V2X协议栈或应用层开发经验。 认证相关能力 - 了解ETSI EN 301 908、FCC Part 22/24/27、RSS-XXX等无线射频测试标准。 - 了解EMC（电磁兼容）与安规测试的基本要求及无线共存（Co-existence）问题。 - 具备认证测试失败后的独立问题分析、定位及推动整改方案落地的实战经验。 汽车行业背景 - 拥有汽车前装Telematics、IVI（车载信息娱乐系统）或T-BOX的开发经验，熟悉汽车电子V-Model开发流程。 - 了解ASPICE流程、ISO 26262功能安全基础概念者优先。 - 有OEM（整车厂）或国际Tier 1供应商工作经验者优先。
