1. 负责L4无人驾驶研发类型项目全周期管理，把控软硬件开发进度，推动 V 模型细节实施，统筹开发进度、质量、风险及资源协调。 2. 为关键接口人和跨团队支持者，拉通各模块包括硬件/ 系统 / 算法 / 软件 / 云平台 / 标定等团队及相关部门，推动全链路需求落地及项目管控。 3. 基于项目开发目标和需求推动开发分解计划及持续监控风险，引导团队持续拆解细化并动态把控风险，综合确保进度，质量和资源达到目标预期。 4. 积极理解响应开发，路测及运营阶段问题，推动快速定位及相关方闭环解决。 5. 持续发现问题，深入思考及组织复盘，支持完善研发流程体系，有效推动形成项目组织过程资产，提升协作效率与产出质量。

1. 3年以上的软硬件产品开发管理经验，熟悉V模型开发管理，汽车或者无人驾驶相关领域经验优先，有量产管理经验优先。 2. 毕业于重点大学，本科及以上学历，专业为计算机、软件工程、自动化、人工智能或相关专业。 3. 对无人驾驶产品和人工智能技术有热情，对相关领域有所了解。 4. 良好的沟通协调能力，快速解决问题的能力，优秀的逻辑分析能力和总结能力； 5. 有持续学习能力，出色的自驱力和自学能力，有较高的责任心及风险敏感力，较强的抗压能力。 6. 掌握相关项目管理工具，项目跟踪、项目执行力较强。 7. 具备英文工作交流能力，车辆驾驶能力；
