What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the textile segment of the fashion industry.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the fashion textile sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Lead and inspire a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure individual and collective success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to accurately forecast sales, monitor performance against targets, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, closing deals that align with company objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with other departments such as merchandiser, production, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for senior management.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management within the fashion textile industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • A strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics and trends.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • A genuine passion for the fashion industry and a desire to contribute to its growth and evolution.
  • Have an extensive network within the local fashion market.
