Elektromobilität ist die Zukunft – und du bist mittendrin! Deine wichtigste Mission: Durch regelmäßige Wartungen und sorgfältige Checks stellst du sicher, dass unsere Ladesysteme und sonstigen Gewerke zuverlässig laufen und Störungen erst gar nicht vorkommen.

Wenn bei unseren Kund:innen ausnahmsweise trotzdem nichts mehr geht, bist du der/die Retter:in mit dem Werkzeugkoffer. Du bist zur Stelle, findest die Ursache und bringst Strom und Ladepunkte wieder zum Laufen. Mit unserem erfahrenen Support-Team im Hintergrund meisterst du jede technische Herausforderung souverän.

Diese spannenden Aufgaben warten in unserem Team auf dich:

  • Du installierst, wartest und reparierst Ladesysteme für E-Fahrzeuge – von der Wallbox bis zur Schnellladesäule
  • Du wartest Videoüberwachung, PV-Anlagen, Speichersysteme und Trafostationen
  • Bei Fehlern analysierst du als Servicetechniker (w/d/m) das Problem gemeinsam mit unserem Remote-Support und sorgst für schnelle Hilfe. Durch eine detaillierte Überwachung haben wir aber bereits eine Ahnung wo der Fehler liegt
  • Wenn es brennt, bist du mit einem:r Kolleg:in vor Ort bei unseren Kund:innen und rettest den Tag
  • Du erklärst verständlich, wie die Technik funktioniert und schulst unsere Kund:innen direkt an der Anlage
  • Mit Herstellerschulungen und Weiterbildungen bleibst du immer auf dem neuesten Stand z. B. in den Bereichen Photovoltaik, Energiespeicher, Trafo & Co.

DEIN LEGENDÄRES PROFIL

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Eine Schaltberechtigung wäre top, ist aber kein Muss
  • Viel unterwegs? Genau dein Ding! Rund 50 bis 60 % deiner Arbeitszeit verbringst du auf Reisen in Deutschland, Österreich und manchmal auch Italien
  • Dank Führerschein Klasse B bist du startklar, sobald der Einsatz ruft
  • Der Umgang mit Kund:innen liegt dir . Du trittst freundlich auf, hilfst gerne und bleibst immer professionell
