Als Vertriebsmitarbeiter (w/d/m) - im Außendienst für Heizung, Lüftung, Klima und Sanitär (HLSK) bist du der direkte Draht zu unseren Kund:innen in der Region. Mit deinem Engagement und deinem Innovationsgeist treibst du nachhaltige Lösungen voran und überzeugst mit Kompetenz und Leidenschaft.

Mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht und einem Koffer voller überzeugender Argumente gewinnst du neue Kund:innen, pflegst bestehende Partnerschaften und gestaltest den Verkaufsprozess von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich in unserem legendären Team:

  • Von der Anfrage über die Bedarfsermittlung bis zur langfristigen Partnerschaft stehst du deinen Kund:innen als verlässliche:r Ansprechpartner:in zur Seite
  • Schwerpunktmäßig bist du für Heizungssanierungen in Ein- und Mehrfamilienhäusern verantwortlich und betreust unsere Kund:innen in allen Fragen zu unseren Dienstleistungen im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung, Klima und Sanitär
  • Gemeinsam mit unseren Kolleg:innen im Innendienst berätst du unsere Kund:innen zu Fördermöglichkeiten, insbesondere im Bereich KfW-Förderungen
  • Du akquirierst aktiv Neukunden, stärkst bestehende Geschäftsbeziehungen und bringst frischen Schwung in unser Netzwerk
  • Zusammen mit unserem Technik- und Projektteam sorgst du dafür, dass die Erwartungen unserer Kund:innen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern übertroffen werden

DEIN LEGENDÄRES PROFIL

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung z.B. Anlagenmechaniker für Heizung, Lüftung und Sanitär (m/w/d) oder hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. Kaufmann / Kauffrau im Groß- und Außenhandel, Kaufmann / Kauffrau für Büromanagement – vielleicht sogar mit Weiterbildung zum Meister (m/w/d), Techniker (m/w/d), Fachwirt (m/w/d) oder passendem Studium
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Branche Heizung, Lüftung, Klima und Sanitär und idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Außendienst
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Dein sicheres und charismatisches Auftreten und deine Stärke im Umgang mit Menschen machen dich zum:r geschätzten Partner:in
