Bei uns bekommst du nicht nur einen Blick hinter die Kulissen einer People & Culture Abteilung, sondern gestaltest auch aktiv mit. Egal ob Bewerbungsprozess, Mitarbeiterentwicklung oder coole Events – hier wird’s nie langweilig.

Folgende Aufgaben warten auf dich in unserem legendärsten Team:

  • Du unterstützt uns bei administrativen Aufgaben, z. B. im betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement, bei der Personalentwicklung, der Pflege unserer Personalstammdaten oder der Digitalisierung von Mitarbeiterdokumenten
  • Im Recruiting bist du dabei: Du unterstützt beim Bewerbermanagement und beim Employer Branding, um die Arbeitgebermarken PRAML und CITYWATT zu stärken
  • Du bringst frischen Wind in unsere interne Kommunikation – etwa durch kreative Beiträge für unser Intranet
  • Ob Sommerfest oder Karrieremesse – bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Events hilfst du tatkräftig mit
  • Auch bei spannenden HR-Projekten bist du Teil des Teams und kannst deine Ideen einbringen

  • Du bist in einen wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengang immatrikuliert, zum Beispiel Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Kulturwirtschaft, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder ähnliches
  • Du brennst für HR-Themen – erste praktische Erfahrungen (z. B. durch Praktika) sind ein Plus
  • Word, Excel oder PowerPoint? Kein Problem für dich!
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist eigenständig, zuverlässig und du hast Spaß daran, dich im Team einzubringen
