This internship provides practical exposure to live business projects while learning industry-standard web development practices and AI-assisted development tools. Internship Objective To provide hands-on experience in website development, e-commerce management, UI/UX improvements, SEO fundamentals, and website maintenance using WordPress and Shopify. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain WordPress websites. Build and manage Shopify stores. Customize WordPress themes and plugins. Configure Shopify themes and applications. Create and update website pages and content. Upload and manage products, collections, and media. Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and performance. Implement basic on-page SEO best practices. Test websites across multiple devices and browsers. Troubleshoot website issues and bugs. Assist with website deployment, maintenance, and backups. Work collaboratively with the marketing and design teams. Learning Opportunities WordPress Development Shopify Store Development HTML5 & CSS3 Basic JavaScript Theme & Plugin/App Customization Website Performance Optimization SEO Fundamentals Responsive Web Design AI-Assisted Web Development Website Security Best Practices Requirements Eligibility Graduate or pursuing graduation. Interest in web development and e-commerce. Basic understanding of websites and internet technologies. Willingness to learn modern development tools. Preferred Skills WordPress Shopify HTML CSS Basic JavaScript Canva (Optional) AI Tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc.) Attention to Detail Problem-Solving Skills Benefits Working Days: 6 Days per Week, Sunday – Weekly Off Holidays/year: 4 National Holidays, 4 State/Bank Holidays (As notified by the Company.)
