Binnen het sales-team heerst een open, collegiale sfeer met korte beslissingslijnen. Er is geen interne competitie, maar wel een gezonde drive om klanten zo goed mogelijk te adviseren.

Beslissingen worden snel genomen, en er wordt volop geïnvesteerd in opleiding, kennisdeling en innovatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Sales Engineer Nederland word je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële uitbouw van de Nederlandse markt. Je vertegenwoordigt een technologisch hoogstaand product en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in de lasertechnologie.

Jouw taken:

  • Verkoop van lasertechnologie
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantenrelaties
  • Combinatie van 40 % prospectie en 60 % farming binnen een bestaande klantenportefeuille
  • Bezoeken van klanten, technische en commerciële adviezen geven
  • Coördineren van demonstraties en testen in het testlabo in België of bij de fabrikant in Duitsland
  • CRM-opvolging en rapportering aan het salesteam
  • Regelmatig overleg in Brugge (minstens 2 dagen per week) met collegas en leidinggevende
  • Nauwe samenwerking met techniekers en projectafdeling
  • Je krijgt veel autonomie in je agenda-planning en werkwijze. De focus ligt op langetermijnrelaties en kwaliteit, niet op snelle verkoop.

Wat wordt jou geboden?

  • Bruto maandloon tussen 3.500 en 5.700, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring
  • Bonus- en commissiestructuur op termijn
  • Bedrijfswagen + tankkaart (initieel break-model, nadien mogelijk upgrade)

  • Groepsverzekering (100 % ten laste van werkgever)
  • 12 extra ADV-dagen (bovenop 20 wettelijke)
  • Opleidingstraject van ± 1 jaar (online trainingen, meereizen, technische blokken in Duitsland)
  • Geen prestatiedruk in het eerste jaar. Focus op leren en groeien!
  • Een stabiele organisatie met familiale waarden, waar beslissingen snel genomen worden

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Bachelor of master in een technische richting (Mechanica, Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring)
  • Minimum 2 jaar relevante ervaring is een must.
  • Vlotte beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
  • Technisch inzicht (hydraulica, pneumatica) en analytisch denkvermogen
  • Zelfstandig, matuur, betrouwbaar en representatief voorkomen
  • Commercieel ingesteld en klantgericht. Eerder een adviseur dan een snelle verkoper

Regio

Je werkgebied is Nederland, met regelmatige aanwezigheid (minstens 2× per week) op het hoofdkantoor in West-Vlaanderen.
