Van ontwerp tot uitvoering realiseren ze duurzame oplossingen voor gebouwbeheer en energie-efficiëntie.

Hun Commissioning team vormt het sluitstuk van elk project: zij zorgen ervoor dat installaties niet alleen werken, maar presteren zoals ze bedoeld zijn.

Jouw rol: van uitvoerder naar technisch referentiepunt

Na jaren ervaring in HVAC weet jij één ding zeker:

op papier klopt alles — in realiteit zelden.

In deze rol gebruik je niet langer alleen je handen, maar vooral je kennis, inzicht en ervaring.

Je bewaart het overzicht, stelt de juiste vragen en ziet wat anderen missen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Inspecties uitvoeren tijdens uitvoering en bij oplevering
  • Controleren op kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid
  • Technische bevindingen helder rapporteren via Aproplan
  • Overleggen met projectleiders en installateurs om installaties te optimaliseren en bij te sturen

Dit is een rol voor jou als je:

  • Minstens 10 jaar ervaring hebt in HVAC en/of regeltechniek
  • Installaties begrijpt in hun volledige samenhang
  • Snel ziet wat werkt — en vooral wat niét
  • Graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zelfstandig werkt
  • Technische vaststellingen duidelijk kan communiceren
