Waar ga je werken?

Je komt terecht in een organisatie die gespecialiseerd is in industriële ventilatie en luchtbehandeling, waar technische expertise en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan. Naast het uitwerken van maatwerkoplossingen ligt de nadruk sterk op service, opvolging en samenwerking. Je werkt in een omgeving met korte communicatielijnen, waar collega's elkaar ondersteunen en waar je de ruimte krijgt om initiatief te nemen en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol combineer je technisch inzicht met commerciële ondersteuning. Je zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen correct worden vertaald naar offertes en orders, en je ondersteunt klanten en External Sales in elke fase van het traject.

Concreet houdt dit in:

  • Analyseren van prijsaanvragen en technische lastenboeken
  • Selecteren van luchtbehandelingsgroepen en ventilatoren
  • Opstellen van offertes voor klanten en studiebureaus
  • Opvolgen en actualiseren van lopende offertes in overleg met de verkopers
  • Telefonisch contact met klanten en leveranciers
  • Nauw samenwerken met collegas van de verkoopafdeling
  • Afsluiten van orders (telefonisch of per mail) en voorbereiden van conceptorders voor logistieke verwerking

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een diploma elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Affiniteit met HVAC, ventilatie of luchtbehandeling
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en voelt je comfortabel met software en digitale tools
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt graag samen
