Over de organisatie

Onze klant is een internationale producent van elektronische componenten die actief is in automatisering. Ze helpen industriële bedrijven om slimmer, veiliger en efficiënter te werken met hoogwaardige technische oplossingen. Groot genoeg om een stevige naam te hebben, maar met een cultuur die aanvoelt als een KMO: korte lijnen, echte samenwerking en collega's die kennis graag met elkaar delen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert proactief een bestaande klantenportefeuille — je wacht niet tot klanten bellen, jij pakt zelf de telefoon.
  • Je kwalificeert leads, stelt de juiste vragen en vertaalt klantvragen naar technische oplossingen op maat.
  • Je maakt offertes op, volgt ze nauwgezet op en sluit deals af.
  • Je volgt leads op van beurzen en online kanalen en zet ze om in concrete kansen.

Je bent geen uren de baan op en in de files.... Je werkt 3 dagen vanop kantoor en 2 dagen van thuis uit.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en durft zelf initiatief te nemen.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met techniek, een technische opleiding is een plus, maar wat echt telt is dat je snel technische inzichten oppikt en er oprecht interesse voor hebt.
  • Je communiceert helder, stelt de juiste vragen en weet klanten te overtuigen zonder te pushen.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis Engels.

  • Bruto maandsalaris €3.000–€4.900 afhankelijk van ervaring.
