Jouw rol

Je komt terecht in het Sales Solutions team (6 collega's) en werkt binnen pre-sales / technische support.

Je behandelt de vragen die de eerstelijns support niet kan oplossen en biedt technisch onderbouwde oplossingen aan partners en klanten.

  • Complexe technische vragen analyseren en beantwoorden
  • Ondersteuning bieden aan eerstelijns support
  • Sterk groeien in productkennis via de interne academy
