Waar ga je werken?

Je vervoegt een Belgisch familiebedrijf met meer dan een eeuw expertise in duurzame wateroplossingen. Ze realiseren technisch veeleisende projecten in afvalwaterzuivering, hemelwaterbeheer en geluidsreductie voor aannemers, industrie en overheden, overal in Vlaanderen.

De sfeer is collegiaal, hands-on en technisch gedreven. Korte lijnen, echte projecten, en een team dat trots is op zijn vakmanschap en klanttevredenheid.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Project & Sales Manager begeleid je 10 à 15 projecten per jaar van A tot Z. Sommige zijn volop in opstart, andere in uitvoering of eindfase. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant doorheen het hele traject — van technisch advies en offertefase tot oplevering.

Geen twee dagen zijn hetzelfde: je schakelt tussen werfopvolging, klantgesprekken, technische uitdagingen en commerciële opportuniteiten. Wie houdt van variatie en overzicht bewaren in complexe situaties, zit hier op zijn plaats.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Technisch advies verlenen aan klanten (aannemers, overheden, industriële opdrachtgevers) op basis van hun specifieke waterbeheervraagstuk
  • Projecten opvolgen van offerte- en ontwerpfase tot indienststelling en oplevering
  • Werfbezoeken en opvolging ter plaatse tijdens de uitvoering van projecten
  • Nieuwe contacten leggen en bestaande relaties onderhouden en uitbouwen
  • Samenwerken met engineering, planning en serviceteam om projecten vlot te laten verlopen
  • Marktinformatie en klantenbehoeften vertalen naar verbeteringen in het productaanbod
  • Nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging van projecten en dossiers

Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?

  • Diploma Bouwkundig, Burgerlijk of Industrieel Ingenieur (bouw, milieu of chemie), of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Technisch sterk met een goede helikopterview: je ziet het grote geheel en de details
  • Klantgericht en communicatief: je vertaalt complexe materie naar heldere taal
  • Een commercieel kantje: je herkent kansen en bouwt vertrouwen op bij klanten
  • Je houdt van variatie en kan vlot schakelen tussen verschillende projecten en gesprekspartners
  • Zelfstandig, gestructureerd en administratief sterk — je houdt je dossiers nauwkeurig bij
  • Vlot in het Nederlands; kennis van Engels en/of Frans is een plus
  • Woonachtig in Vlaanderen

Je werkgebied omvat heel Vlaanderen. Je combineert klantbezoeken, werfopvolging en administratie met de nodige flexibiliteit.
