Voor een sterk groeiend multidisciplinair studiebureau in de regio Duffel zoeken we een Projectleider/Ingenieur HVAC-Sanitair die graag meedenkt, meebouwt én meegroeit.

Dit bureau ontwerpt en coördineert technische installaties voor duurzame gebouwen van HVAC en sanitair tot energie, stabiliteit en infrastructuur.

Ze werken aan uiteenlopende projecten: scholen, kantoren, zorg, industrie, noem maar op.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Projectleider/Ingenieur HVAC-Sanitair ben jij de technische spil tussen ontwerp, uitvoering en klant:

  • Je ontwerpt en coördineert technische installaties (HVAC, sanitair, eventueel ook elektriciteit).
  • Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, aannemers en opdrachtgevers.
  • Je volgt projecten op van studie tot oplevering met oog voor timing, budget en kwaliteit.
  • Je denkt proactief mee over duurzame en innovatieve oplossingen.
  • Je bewaart het overzicht en zorgt dat elk project technisch én praktisch klopt.

Kort gezegd: jij zorgt dat wat op plan staat, ook in realiteit perfect werkt.

Wat je mag verwachten

  • Een bureau dat vertrouwen geeft, geen micromanagement.
  • Projecten die technisch uitdagend zijn, maar realistisch in uitvoering.

  • Een diploma industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur, of gelijkwaardig
  • Grondige kennis of interesse in HVAC- en sanitaire technieken.
  • Ervaring binnen een studiebureau of technische coördinatie is mooi meegenomen.
  • Communicatief sterk, analytisch en organisatorisch onderlegd.
