Waar ga je werken?

Je komt terecht bij een organisatie die HVAC-S-projecten van A tot Z opvolgt, zoals appartementsgebouwen en grotere woonprojecten. De werf is geen los eindje, maar een goed gecoördineerd geheel waar kwaliteit, planning en duidelijke communicatie centraal staan, zowel intern als naar bouwpartners en klanten toe.

Je maakt deel uit van een operationeel team met een no-nonsens mentaliteit en korte communicatielijnen. Je krijgt hier het vertrouwen om je job echt naar je hand te zetten.

Wat ga je doen als Projectleider?

Als projectleider ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor residentiële werven.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Je stelt de planning op en stemt deze af met de verschillende ploegen.
  • Je schakelt met de interne diensten om het werfverloop vlot en efficiënt te laten verlopen.
  • Je onderhoudt een goede samenwerking met de klant en denkt proactief mee in oplossingen.
  • Je bewaakt het budget en neemt de financiële opvolging en eindverantwoordelijkheid van de werf op.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt ervaring als projectleider binnen HVAC-projecten
  • Idealiter heb je minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring
  • Kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid staan voor jou centraal
  • Een technisch diploma is mooi meegenomen, maar ervaring en praktijkkennis zijn doorslaggevend
