Ben jij een technisch ingestelde sales professional die graag complexe vraagstukken oplost, klanten helpt met slimme materiaalkeuzes en impact wil hebben op industriële toepassingen? In deze rol werk je voornamelijk vanop kantoor, maar ben je wél een volwaardige Sales Engineer — geen ondersteunende sales functie.

Je werkt aan uitdagende offertes en technische oplossingen, onderhoudt relaties met technische klanten en bouwt aan de verdere groei van een hoogwaardige productportfolio.

Het is een rol waarin je je expertise omzet in tastbare klantwaarde en dat voel je terug in je resultaten en beloning.

Salarisrange: €3.000 – €6.000 bruto per maand (afhankelijk van ervaring)

  • bonus tot 1 maandloon op basis van gezamenlijke doelstellingen

Wat ga je doen?

  • Analyseren van technische klantvragen en specificaties
  • Klanten adviseren over materiaalkeuze in functie van temperatuur, chemische bestendigheid en mechanische belasting
  • Interpreteren van technische tekeningen en meedenken over maakbaarheid
  • Uitwerken en opvolgen van offertes richting klant
  • Afstemmen met productie, kwaliteit en aankoop over uitvoering en planning
  • Meedenken over nieuwe toepassingen, klanten en marktkansen

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een technisch-commerciële functie binnen een industriële context.
  • Basiskennis of ervaring met kunststoffen of polymeren.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen en omzetten naar verkoopgerichte oplossingen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel (mail/ telefoon).
  • Je zoekt een stabiele, groeigerichte werkomgeving op lange termijn.
  • Talen: Nederlands (vloeiend), Engels en enige kennis van Frans of Duits.
