Sales Engineer Elektrische motion- en besturingsoplossingen regio Oost- & West-Vlaanderen | Sector: Industriële Automatisering

Internationaal een gevestigde naam in industriële automatisering, maar in België een kleinschalige, familiale vestiging van een 40-tal medewerkers — dat is het kader waarin je bij onze opdrachtgever terechtkomt. Voor de verdere groei van hun motion control-activiteiten zoeken wij een Sales Engineer.

 Jouw rol (aangevuld)

Als Sales Engineer ben jij het technisch-commerciële aanspreekpunt voor machinebouwers en OEM's in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen. Je werkt sterk autonoom: je plant zelf je klantenbezoeken en agenda in. Het merendeel van je tijd sta je bij de klant. Je beheert en breidt een bestaande klantenportefeuille uit, spot actief nieuwe opportuniteiten en projecten, en werkt daarbij nauw samen met application engineers die je bijstaan in de technische uitwerking van oplossingen (motoren, servo drives, positioneersystemen, control architectuur).

Jouw taken

  • Klantenbezoeken bij machinebouwers en OEM's in jouw regio
  • Opportuniteiten en nieuwe projecten detecteren binnen motion control (motoren, servomotoren, stappenmotoren, drives, PLC's, control architectuur)
  • Nauwe samenwerking met application engineers voor technische projectuitwerking en offertes
  • Opvolgen van projecten van eerste contact tot en met order
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere groei van het motion control-segment binnen je regio

Jouw profiel

  • Minimaal 4 jaar bewezen saleservaring, bij voorkeur binnen industriële automatisering, motion control of aanverwante technische sectoren
  • Sterke kennis van elektrische aandrijftechniek: motoren, servo drives, positioneersystemen; kennis van control architectuur is een sterke troef
  • Geen passieve verkoper, iemand met de commerciële drive om zelf opportuniteiten te detecteren
  • Comfortabel om technische projecten te bespreken, zonder ze zelf volledig technisch te moeten uitwerken (dat doet de application engineer)
  • Nederlands vereist, goede kennis van Engels
