Botsingsbeveiliging. Omgevingsdetectie. Autonome navigatie. De machines van morgen begrijpen hun omgeving en dat gebeurt dankzij sensortechnologie die vandaag al in landbouwmachines, bouwvoertuigen en havenmaterieel zit verwerkt.

Voor een internationale marktleider in industriële sensortechnologie zoeken we iemand die deze markt in de Benelux verder wil uitbouwen.

Wat maakt deze rol anders?

Dit is geen vacature waarbij je een bestaande klantenportefeuille beheert en kwartaaltargets afvinkt. Deze positie is nieuw gecreëerd omdat de markt het vraagt en omdat er iemand nodig is die dat zelf ook zo ziet.

Je werkt met OEM's, machinebouwers en system integrators in België en Nederland, de omzetdoelstelling is fifty-fifty verdeeld over beide landen. Regelmatig reizen is de norm, inclusief occasionele overnachtingen.

Je helpt klanten nadenken over hoe sensortechnologie hun machines veiliger, slimmer en efficiënter maakt. Dat is consultative selling op zijn best: je bent geen verkoper, je bent een technische gesprekspartner.

Concreet:

  • Technische achtergrond: elektromechanica, automatisering, mechatronica of elektronica
  • Ervaring in technische B2B sales, business development of solution sales
  • Affiniteit met machinebouw, voertuigtechnologie of industriële automatisering
  • Sterk in relatieopbouw en consultative selling
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, je verstaanbaar kunnen maken in het frans
  • Ondernemend, zelfstandig, en niet bang om een markt te benaderen
