Wat ga je doen als Service Coördinator?

Na een interne opleiding word jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor service en aftersales.

Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar dit typeert jouw rol:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt wanneer klanten een technisch probleem ervaren
  • Je analyseert meldingen en denkt actief mee over oplossingen — telefonisch, digitaal of ter plaatse
  • Je schakelt vlot met leveranciers, techniekers en commerciële collega's
  • Je stuurt externe partners aan wanneer herstellingen of interventies nodig zijn
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit van elk servicedossier
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging (rapporten, bestellingen, facturatie)
  • Je waakt mee over kwaliteitsprocessen en documentatie binnen het kader van ISO-normen

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Een technische opleiding in elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
