Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en de interne technische teams.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Analyseren van technische klantvragen en adviseren van de juiste pomp- en systeemoplossingen.
  • Uitwerken van offertes en technische configuraties, inclusief dimensionering en berekeningen.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden bij optimalisaties en productkeuzes.
  • Nauw samenwerken met engineering, service en sales om complexe dossiers correct op te volgen.
  • Projectaanvragen van A tot Z beheren: van analyse tot opvolging van de oplossing.
  • Ondersteunen van de buitendienst bij strategische klanten en grotere projecten.
  • Je expertise verdiepen via een uitgebreid opleidingstraject binnen watertechnologie en pompsystemen.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk.
  • Je beschikt over een technisch hoger diploma (of gelijkwaardige ervaring).
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels.
  • Administratieve opvolging en telefonisch contact met klanten geven je energie.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met techniek en bent bereid om je kennis verder uit te bouwen.
