Wat ga je doen?

Als Technical Support Engineer ben jij de schakel tussen klanten, techniekers en interne teams.

Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Klanten ondersteunen via telefoon en e-mail
  • Foutanalyses uitvoeren en meedenken in oplossingen
  • Advies geven over installatie, configuratie en bediening
  • Field Service Engineers technisch ondersteunen
  • Registratie en opvolging in het CRM-systeem
  • Meewerken aan een efficiënte planning van interventies

Je bent dus het technische aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie iemand die rust en duidelijkheid brengt.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Bachelor, master of gelijkwaardige technische ervaring
  • Kennis van HVAC en koeltechniek
  • Je analyseert snel en legt helder uit
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Engels en Frans
  • Je bent leergierig en wil je verdiepen in nieuwe technologie
