Dit bedrijf is leverancier in industriële oplossingen voor bedrijven in verschillende sectoren zoals de farma, automotive, voeding,....

Je hoeft geen technische expert te zijn: een gezonde interesse in hoe dingen werken is een perfect vertrekpunt. De rest leer je dankzij een opleiding en de ervaring van je collega's .

Het salesteam bestaat uit een klein team van 3 collega's die samen de Belgische markt opvolgen. Omdat één van hen binnenkort van een welverdiend pensioen geniet, is er ruimte voor een nieuwe commercieel adviseur die graag meebouwt aan de toekomst van het bedrijf.

Je komt terecht in een mensgerichte omgeving met korte communicatielijnen, snelle beslissingen en veel vrijheid om zelf mee te denken. Geen logge structuur, maar directe samenwerking met je collega's en met internationale partners.

De sfeer? Open, nuchter en eerlijk. Je krijgt de tijd om te groeien, vragen te stellen en kennis op te bouwen. Langetermijnrelaties, klantgerichtheid en vertrouwen staan centraal.

Wat ga je doen?

Als commercieel adviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren van klanten, het uitwerken van offertes en de opvolging van lopende projecten.

Concreet betekent dat:

  • Analyseren van klantbehoeften en vertalen naar technische oplossingen op maat.
  • Opstellen en berekenen van offertes in samenwerking met techniek, leveranciers en logistiek.
  • Opvolging van projecten van aanvraag tot levering.
  • Contact met klanten via Teams, telefoon of op locatie.
  • Regelmatig intern overleg met sales-collega's en andere afdelingen.
  • Communicatie met internationale leveranciers (voornamelijk Engelstalig).
  • Marktinformatie delen, verbeterkansen signaleren en bijdragen aan een optimale service.

Wat wordt jou geboden?

  • Sterk bruto maandsalaris afhankelijk van ervaring. (3500 - 5000 bruto)

  • Opleiding & onboarding: interne basisopleiding + internationale training in Zweden (hoofdfabriek).
  • Indien je FR niet zo goed is kan een taalopleiding voorzien worden.
  • Een bedrijf waar kwaliteit en samenwerking primeren op kwantiteit of targets.

Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?

  • Minstens 2 jaar ervaring technische verkoop.
  • Interesse in techniek! (productkennis is geen vereiste)
  • Nederlandstalig en je kan je plan goed trekken in het Frans.
  • Leergierig en nauwkeurig in berekeningen en offertes.
  • Communicatief, klantgericht en betrouwbaar.
  • Geen snelle verkoper, maar iemand die advies en maatwerk belangrijk vindt.

De functie bestrijkt heel België, met focus op Vlaanderen (±70%).

Je werkt in een fijn collegiaal team vanuit het kantoor.
