Waar ga je werken?

Hun Commissioning team is het sluitstuk van elk project: zij zorgen dat installaties niet enkel werken, maar presteren zoals beloofd.

Wat ga je doen als Technisch Inspecteur?

Jij bewaart het overzicht en ziet wat anderen missen.

Van HVAC tot elektriciteit en sanitair: jij weet precies hoe het hoort te werken.

Wat je doet:

  • Inspecties uitvoeren tijdens uitvoering en bij oplevering.
  • Controleren op kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid.
  • Je bevindingen nauwkeurig rapporteren via Aproplan.
  • Overleggen met projectleiders en installateurs om verbeteringen aan te brengen.

Je bent dus niet zomaar controleur, maar een technisch geweten: iemand die zorgt dat elk detail klopt.



Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Minstens 10 jaar ervaring in HVAC of in regeltechniek.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en technisch inzicht jij ziet meteen wat werkt en wat niet.
  • Sterke communicatieve en rapportagevaardigheden.
  • Verantwoordelijk, gestructureerd en zelfstandig in je aanpak.
