Das erwartet Dich

  • Analyse von Kundenanforderungen, Einsatzumgebungen und Prozessen
  • Organisation und Durchführung von praktischen Teststellungen beim Kunden
  • Verantwortung für die Teststellung von der Planung über die Inbetriebnahme bis zur Auswertung
  • Technische Einweisung und Betreuung der Kunden während der Testphase
  • Erstellung von Videos und Dokumentationen für den Endkunden und für die eigene Dokumentation
  • Technische Überprüfung und Reparatur von Demo- und Kundengeräten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb zur Übergabe qualifizierter Projekte

Wer gut zu uns passen würde

  • Technische Ausbildung (z. B. Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Robotik, IT, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbar)
  • Erfahrung im technischen Pre-Sales
  • Interesse an Robotik, autonomen Systemen und smarten Technologien
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an der Arbeit beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Analytisches Denken und Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit technischen und kaufmännischen Ansprechpartnern
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft im regionalen / nationalen Umfeld
  • Hohe, intrinsische Motivation und Engagement sowie Spaß am Umgang mit Kunden
  • Souveränes Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerscheinklasse B
