Das erwartet Dich

Aufgaben Projektkoordination:

  • Planung, sowie Steuerung von Projekten (Analyse, Umsetzung, Controlling)
  • Koordination interner Teams (IT, Service, Vertrieb) und externer Partner
  • Budget-/ Ressourcenverantwortung, Risikomanagement
  • Kundenkommunikation, Reporting, Dokumentation
  • Optimierung von Druckinfrastrukturen

Aufgaben Supportleitung:

  • Leitung des Support-Teams für die Softwarelösungen
  • Verantwortung für die erstmalige Einrichtung und Strukturierung des Störungsmanagements; die operative, laufende Überwachung liegt bei der Einsatzleitung
  • Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die Implementierung des Fleetmanagements; der operative Betrieb erfolgt durch die Einsatzleitung
  • Prozessoptimierung: Monitoring, SLA-Einhaltung und Konzeption
  • Kundenkommunikation: Beratung und Eskalationsmanagement
  • Technische Steuerung: Software-Updates, Netzwerkintegration, Geräte-Admin

Aufgaben interne IT:

  • Leitung internen IT mit Fokus auf Warenwirtschaftssysteme (z.B. ERP-Integration,
  • Bestandsmanagement)
  • Verantwortung für Prozessoptimierung
  • Schnittstellenkoordination zwischen externen Dienstleistern und internen Fachverantwortlichen
  • Systempflege: Updates, Sicherheitsmanagement, DSGVO-Konformität
  • Schulungen für Mitarbeiter:innen zu Warenwirtschafts-Tools

Wer gut zu uns passen würde

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich IT (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von Warenwirtschafts- und Dokumentenmanagementsystemen (DMS)
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office Anwendungen (u.A. auch Power BI, Power Automate etc)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von Cybersecurity-Maßnahmen und IT-Grundschutz
  • Kenntnisse in Datenbanken und Workflow-Management
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Eine selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Optimierung von IT-Prozessen
