Das erwartet Dich

  • Identifizierung und Akquise neuer Geschäftskunden in Zielbranchen
  • Beratung von Kunden und Partnern über die Vorteile und Einsatzmöglichkeiten von Reinigungs- und Servicerobotern
  • Erstellung von Verkaufsstrategien und zielgerichtete Umsetzung zur Erreichung der Vertriebsziele
  • Durchführung von Produktvorführungen und Präsentationen bei Kunden vor Ort
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen durch regelmäßigen Kontakt und zuverlässige Betreuung
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Erkennung von Trends und neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams wie Technik und Marketing, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für Kundenanforderungen zu entwickeln

Wer gut zu uns passen würde

  • Erste Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb
  • Technische Kenntnisse oder die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in die Produktpalette einzuarbeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Lösungen verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Starke Kundenorientierung und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität, um Kunden vor Ort zu betreuen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, Excel und anderen gängigen Software-Tools
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • PKW-Führerschein zwingend erforderlich
