Vos missions clés :

• Prospection & Développement : Identification de nouveaux clients, prise de rendez-vous et développement du portefeuille commercial.

• Conseil & Audit : Analyse des besoins clients, réalisation d'audits IT et proposition de solutions adaptées (informatique, téléphonie, impression, cybersécurité).

• Négociation & Vente : Élaboration de devis personnalisés, négociation commerciale et conclusion de contrats.

• Suivi & Fidélisation : Accompagnement client, suivi des installations et développement de la relation sur le long terme.

• Veille & Reporting : Analyse du marché, suivi des objectifs commerciaux et reporting régulier de l'activité.

Votre profil :

Le savoir-être est aussi important que le savoir-faire. Nous recherchons une personne avec :

• Compétences commerciales : Excellentes capacités de prospection et de négociation, maîtrise des techniques de vente B2B, aisance relationnelle et capacité d'écoute. Une connaissance des solutions IT (informatique, téléphonie VoIP, cybersécurité, impression) serait un vrai plus !

• Qualités humaines : Esprit d'équipe, autonomie, persévérance, dynamisme et orientation résultats

Responsabilités

  • Prospecter et développer un portefeuille de clients B2B
  • Réaliser des audits IT et proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Négocier les contrats et conclure les ventes
  • Assurer le suivi et la fidélisation des clients
  • Atteindre les objectifs commerciaux et reporter l'activité

Compétences nécéssaires

  • Excellentes capacités de prospection et de négociation
  • Maîtrise des techniques de vente B2B
  • Aisance relationnelle et capacité d'écoute
  • Connaissance des solutions IT
  • Autonomie et orientation résultats

Agréable d'avoir

  • Expérience en vente de services IT ou télécoms
  • Connaissance du secteur de la cybersécurité
  • Maîtrise d'un CRM (Odoo, Salesforce)
  • Réseau professionnel établi dans la région
