Vos missions clés :

• Management d'Équipe : Encadrement quotidien des commerciaux, animation des réunions d'équipe et développement des compétences.

• Coordination & Planification : Gestion des plannings et optimisation de la charge de travail.

• Qualité & Performance : Suivi des indicateurs de performance, contrôle qualité des rendez vous clients et mise en place d'actions d'amélioration continue.

• Support & Formation : Accompagnement des collaborateurs, formation aux nouvelles solutions et partage des bonnes pratiques.

• Relation Client : Gestion des situations complexes, suivi de la satisfaction client et reporting à la direction.

Votre profil :

Le savoir-être est aussi important que le savoir-faire. Nous recherchons une personne avec :

• Compétences managériales : Expérience en management d'équipe, excellentes capacités d'organisation et de communication, maîtrise des outils de gestion et de reporting. Une bonne connaissance des services IT (support informatique, téléphonie, cybersécurité,...) est un atout majeur.

• Qualités humaines : Leadership naturel, esprit d'équipe, empathie, rigueur et capacité à motiver.

  • Encadrer quotidiennement les équipes commerciales
  • Organiser les rendez vous clients et gérer les plannings
