Vos missions clés :

• Déploiement & Installation : Montage de postes, baies informatiques et configuration de systèmes d'impression.

• Support & Assistance : Intervention, réparation et suivi via nos outils de ticketing.

• Conseil & Formation : Accompagnement des utilisateurs et conseil technique.

• Maintenance & Sécurité : Diagnostic, amélioration, archivage et sauvegarde des données.

• Organisation & Suivi : Gestion des stocks, planification et rapports d'installation.

Votre profil :

Le savoir-être est aussi important que le savoir-faire. Nous recherchons une personne avec :

• Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des environnements Windows/Mac OS, expertise hardware, solides connaissances réseau (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) et maîtrise des outils de ticketing. Des connaissances en VoIP seraient un vrai plus !

• Qualités humaines : Esprit d'équipe, excellent relationnel, dynamisme, proactivité et rigueur.

  • Déployer et installer le matériel informatique
  • Assurer le support technique et l'assistance aux utilisateurs
  • Effectuer la maintenance et garantir la sécurité des données
  • Conseiller et former les utilisateurs aux outils informatiques
  • Respecter notre politique SLA

Compétences nécéssaires

  • Maîtrise des environnements Windows et Mac OS
  • Expertise en hardware et configuration de postes
  • Solides connaissances réseau (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
  • Maîtrise des outils de ticketing et de support
  • Esprit d'équipe et excellent relationnel

Agréable d'avoir

  • Connaissances en VoIP et téléphonie
  • Expérience avec les systèmes d'impression professionnels
  • Certifications IT
  • Expérience en environnement multi-sites
