Du arbeitest in Vollzeit deutschlandweit an einem unserer Standorte oder im Homeoffice.

Deine Aufgaben – contra boring, PRO YOU

Du verstärkst unser Business-Development-Team und sorgst dafür, dass neue Leads nicht nur entstehen, sondern sorgfältig qualifiziert werden. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb entwickelst Du eigene Impulse für den Dialog mit potenziellen Kunden und baust so eine nachhaltige Pipeline auf. Mit Deinem Beitrag schaffst Du die Grundlage für erfolgreiche Deals und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen.

  • Akquise: Durch proaktive Telefonansprache im B2B‑Umfeld identifizierst du qualifizierte Potenziale und öffnest neue Türen. Dabei telefonierst du sowohl im österreichischen als auch im deutschen Markt.
  • Repräsentation: Mit klarer Kommunikation präsentierst Du Proalpha nach außen und vermittelst, was unsere Lösungen besonders macht.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Im engen Austausch mit dem Vertrieb bereitest Du Deine gewonnenen Informationen strukturiert auf und übergibst sie sauber.
  • Datenpflege: Mit konsequenter Pflege und Erweiterung unserer Kontaktdatenbank sicherst Du eine verlässliche Grundlage für den Vertrieb.
  • Weiterentwicklung: Durch Deine Rückmeldungen aus dem Markt bringst Du wertvolle Hinweise für die Optimierung unserer Vertriebsansprache ein.

Dein Profil – contra 08/15, PRO YOU

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene technische bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung: Erfahrung im Telemarketing oder in der Vertriebsassistenz
  • Fachkenntnisse: Technisches Verständnis, sichere MS-Office-Anwendung, CRM-Erfahrung
  • Persönlichkeit: Vertriebsorientiert, zuverlässig, belastbar, eigenständig, servicefokussiert, teamorientiert
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld.
