Du arbeitest in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (ab 25 Stunden pro Woche) an unserem Standort in Wuppertal.

Deine Aufgaben – contra boring, PRO YOU

Du hältst im Marketing-Dialog die Fäden zusammen und machst aus Kontakten konkrete Chancen. Als Dialog Marketing Agent bist Du die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Interessenten, Marketing und Vertrieb. Mit sauberem Leadmanagement, telefonischer Nacharbeit und konsequenter Nachverfolgung sorgst Du dafür, dass kein Potenzial liegen bleibt.

  • Leadmanagement: Du erfasst eingehende Downloads und Anfragen als MQL im System, qualifizierst sie vor und leitest sie strukturiert an die zuständigen Kollegen weiter.
  • Kampagnenbetreuung: Anmeldungen zu Praxistagen, Messen und Marketingaktionen bearbeitest Du eigenständig, pflegst sie im System ein und stellst durch Wiedervorlagen die konsequente Nachverfolgung sicher. Dabei prüfst Du Teilnehmerlisten, übernimmst die telefonische Nacharbeit und bringst offene Potenziale aktiv ins Gespräch.
  • Tracking: Du analysierst Website-Aktivitäten, dokumentierst relevante Kontakte im System und klärst im direkten Austausch den konkreten Bedarf.
  • Akquise: Durch proaktive Telefonansprache im B2B-Umfeld identifizierst Du qualifizierte Potenziale und öffnest neue Türen.

Dein Profil – contra 08/15, PRO YOU

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene technische bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung: Erfahrung in der Telefonie im Neukunden-Umfeld und in der Qualifizierung von B2B-Potenzialen
  • Fachkenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit CRM-Systemen, strukturierter Leadbearbeitung, Erfahrung mit Marketingaktionen und ersten Marketingthemen
  • Persönlichkeit: Kommunikationsstark, verbindlich am Telefon, strukturiert in der Nachverfolgung und konsequent in der Umsetzung
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
