Du arbeitest in Vollzeit deutschlandweit an einem unserer Standorte oder im Homeoffice.

Deine Aufgaben – contra boring, PRO YOU

Du übernimmst die zentrale Produktverantwortung für gruppenweite Integrationsthemen bei Proalpha. Dabei sorgst Du dafür, dass Produkte, Gesellschaften und Teams klar priorisiert zusammenarbeiten und Integrationen strukturiert vorankommen. An der Schnittstelle zwischen Product, Programmsteuerung und Engineering schaffst Du Transparenz, Orientierung und verbindliche Entscheidungen.

  • Verantwortung: Du steuerst den gruppenweiten Integrationsansatz und baust eine Roadmap auf, die alle relevanten Integrationen zwischen unseren Gesellschaften sichtbar macht.
  • Priorisierung: Durch ein transparentes Priorisierungsframework bewertest Du Integrationsvorhaben fair, machst Abhängigkeiten sichtbar und überzeugst Stakeholder mit klaren Argumenten
  • Produktführung: Als Verantwortlicher für zentrale Integrationsprodukte wie unser API-Portal trägst Du Entscheidungen zur Ausgestaltung, Technologie und Weiterentwicklung gemeinsam mit dem Engineering-Team.
  • Risikomanagement: Du erkennst Engpässe frühzeitig, eskalierst gezielt und schaffst Klarheit, bevor Themen zum Problem werden.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Im Austausch mit Produktverantwortlichen, Software-Architekten und Engineering-Teams bist Du die zentrale Anlaufstelle für standardisierte Integration.

Dein Profil – contra 08/15, PRO YOU

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Bezug zu Produktmanagement, Technologie oder Wirtschaft
  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produkt- oder Programm-Management in komplexen, gruppen- oder konzernweiten Umfeldern mit vielen Stakeholdern
  • Fachkenntnisse: Fundiertes Verständnis von APIs, Schnittstellen, Architektur, Roadmaps, Priorisierungsframeworks und technischen Entscheidungsprozessen
  • Persönlichkeit: Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke, diplomatisches Auftreten, analytisches Denken und Standfestigkeit in einer echten Schnittstellenrolle
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld
