Im Rahmen unseres Wachstums suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n Lohnbuchhalter*in in Festanstellung in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (ab 30 Stunden pro Woche / 5 Tage pro Woche).

Was du machst:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung: Du betreust eigenständig die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für deine Mandanten – nicht nur ein einzelnes Großmandat, sondern mehrere unterschiedliche Mandate mit abwechslungsreichen Fragestellungen.
  • Beratung & Betreuung: Du bist Ansprechpartnerin für unsere Mandanten und Kolleginnen bei lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen.
  • Arbeiten in spezialisierten Strukturen: Unser Schwerpunkt liegt insbesondere im Bereich heilberuflicher Mandate.
  • Digitalisierung weiterdenken: Wir arbeiten bereits auf einem hohen Digitalisierungsniveau – gleichzeitig entwickeln wir unsere Prozesse weiter. Dafür suchen wir Menschen, die Lust haben, Veränderungen mitzugehen und aktiv mitzugestalten.

Was du mitbringst:

  • Berufserfahrung: Du verfügst idealerweise über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, z. B. aus einer Steuerkanzlei, einem Lohnbüro oder vergleichbaren Payroll-Strukturen.
  • DATEV-Kenntnisse: Idealerweise arbeitest du bereits sicher mit DATEV Lodas, alternativ mit DATEV Lohn und Gehalt.
  • Persönlichkeit: Du arbeitest strukturiert und sorgfältig, behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und hast Freude an Mandantenkontakt.
