Teamleader logistiek – verzending & laadkaaien - 39 uur per week

Dan is dit misschien jouw volgende uitdaging. Voor een groeiend voedingsbedrijf zoeken we een teamleader die de dagelijkse verzending in goede banen leidt. Je stuurt medewerkers aan, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste goederen tijdig en correct vertrekken.

Je combineert leidinggeven met een actieve rol op de werkvloer. Je ziet waar het beter kan, grijpt in wanneer nodig en zet ideeën om in concrete verbeteringen.

Wij vragen

Je bent een natuurlijke organisator die mensen mee krijgt en ook op drukke momenten het hoofd koel houdt.

Verder breng je mee:

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in logistiek en 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring in logistiek, warehousing of productie en kunt een team aansturen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, communiceert vlot en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je kunt werken met ERP-systemen; kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
