Náš klient, soukromý vlastník nemovitosti s prémiovým rezidenčním areálem v České republice, hledá hands-on Facility / Property Managera, který bude zodpovědný za technický provoz, údržbu a každodenní funkčnost celého areálu. Facility / Property Manager – Soukromý rezidenční areál Čejkovice / region Český Šternberk CZ/2412/LEFM Hlavní odpovědnosti: Zajištění každodenního provozu všech budov a technických systémů v areálu. Samostatné provádění drobných oprav (elektro, instalatérské práce, úpravy HVAC, osvětlení, drobné truhlářské práce). Rychlé řešení běžných požadavků hostů (ovladače TV, osvětlení, vytápění/chlazení, teplota vody, drobná poškození). Provádění pravidelných kontrolních obchůzek všech budov, domů pro hosty a venkovních ploch. Koordinace a dohled nad externími servisními firmami (HVAC, bazén/wellness, elektrikáři, instalatéři, bezpečnostní služby). Správa záručních a pozáručních oprav a kontrola kvality provedených prací. Organizace povinných bezpečnostních a technických revizí (požární ochrana, BOZP, elektro, vodní systémy). Příprava jednoduchých plánů údržby a podpora při tvorbě provozních rozpočtů. Komunikace s dodavateli energií a místními úřady dle potřeby. Zajištění vysoké úrovně vzhledu a připravenosti areálu za všech okolností. Spolupráce s hospodyní/zahradníkem při každodenním provozu a sezónních pracích. Zajištění plynulého, spolehlivého fungování areálu pro majitele, rodinu a hosty. Požadavky: Minimálně 3–4 roky praxe v technické údržbě, facility managementu, hotelovém technickém provozu nebo obdobné roli. Silné hands-on technické dovednosti (schopnost samostatně řešit běžné závady – základní elektro, instalatérské práce, mechanika, úpravy HVAC, osvětlení, drobné opravy). Ideální zkušenosti z hotelové údržby, spa/wellness provozů nebo komplexních budov. Odborné vyučení v oblasti elektro, instalatérství, mechaniky NEBO technické vzdělání v oblasti TZB / stavebnictví. Vysoký smysl pro odpovědnost, spolehlivost a servisní přístup při podpoře majitele a hostů. Komunikativní znalost češtiny nutná; angličtina výhodou, nikoliv podmínkou. Platný řidičský průkaz. Ochota dojíždět z oblasti Benešova, Kutné Hory, jižní Prahy, Berounska nebo jihovýchodní Prahy. Facility / Property Manager – Private Residential Estate Čejkovice / Český Šternberk region CZ/2412/LEFM Main responsibilities: Oversee daily operation of all estate buildings and technical systems.Perform minor repairs independently (electrical, plumbing, HVAC adjustments, lighting, small carpentry). Troubleshoot guest issues quickly (TV remote, lights, heating/cooling, water temperature, minor breakages). Conduct regular inspection rounds of all buildings, guest houses, and outdoor areas. Coordinate and supervise external service companies (HVAC, pool/wellness, electricians, plumbers, security). Manage warranty and post-warranty repairs and ensure quality of work. Organize required safety and technical inspections (fire protection, OHS, electrical, water systems). Prepare simple maintenance plans and assist with operational budgets. Liaise with utility providers and local authorities when needed. Maintain high-quality appearance and readiness of the estate at all times. Collaborate with the housekeeper/groundskeeper on daily operations and seasonal tasks. Ensure smooth, reliable functioning of the estate for the owner, family, and guests. Requirements: Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in technical maintenance, facility management, hotel engineering, or similar roles. Strong hands-on technical skillset (able to fix common issues independently (basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC adjustments, lighting, small repairs). Ideal background: experience in hotel maintenance, spa/wellness facilities, or complex building environments. Vocational training in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, OR technical education in MEP / construction. Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and service mindset when supporting the owner and guests. Communicative Czech required; English is a plus but not a must. Valid driver’s license. Comfortable commuting from Benešov, Kutná Hora, South Prague, Beroun belt, or Southeast Prague.
