Náš klient je významná mezinárodní společnost působící v oblasti investic, developmentu, výstavby a správy nemovitostí. V souvislosti s dalším růstem hledá zkušeného projektového manažera výstavby. Senior Project Manager – Construction CZ/2609/SPMP /Praha nebo Plzeň/ O roli: Senior Project Manager bude odpovědný za realizaci stavebního projektu od přípravné fáze až po dokončení a předání klientovi. Role zahrnuje koordinaci projektové dokumentace, povolovacího procesu, rozpočtu, výběrových řízení a samotné výstavby. Hlavním cílem je zajistit dokončení projektu v dohodnutém termínu, v rámci schváleného rozpočtu, v požadované kvalitě a se všemi potřebnými povoleními. Náplň práce: Odpovědnost za realizaci stavebního projektu od přípravy staveniště až po dokončení a předání klientovi. Koordinace přípravy projektové dokumentace ve všech fázích projektu. Kontrola projektové dokumentace a navržených technických řešení. Spolupráce s interním projekčním týmem, externími projektanty, inženýry a technickými specialisty. Komunikace s klientem nebo budoucím uživatelem objektu ohledně technických požadavků. Zajištění zapracování dohodnutých technických požadavků a změn do projektu. Koordinace získání všech potřebných povolení, rozhodnutí a souhlasů. Komunikace a jednání s úřady, správci sítí a dalšími zapojenými stranami. Příprava a průběžná kontrola rozpočtu projektu. Spolupráce s nákupním oddělením při výběru dodavatelů. Koordinace výběrových řízení a vyhodnocování nabídek. Kontrola nákladů a odpovědnost za dodržení schváleného rozpočtu. Hledání vhodných technických a nákladových řešení bez snížení kvality projektu. Příprava harmonogramu projektu a kontrola dodržování dohodnutých termínů. Pravidelná kontrola kvality a postupu prací na stavbě. Vedení kontrolních dnů s dodavateli. Provádění pravidelných kontrol bezpečnosti práce na staveništi. Koordinace připojení elektřiny, plynu, tepla a dalších technických sítí. Kontrola měsíčního plnění a výkonu subdodavatelů. Úzká spolupráce se stavbyvedoucím přímo na stavbě. Organizace dokončení a předání projektu klientovi. Zajištění potřebných povolení, dokumentace a podepsaných předávacích protokolů. Požadavky: Vysokoškolské vzdělání stavebního směru. Dobré technické znalosti v oblasti výstavby. Přibližně 3 až 5 let zkušeností na pozici projektového manažera. Zkušenost s řízením stavebních projektů od přípravy až po dokončení a předání. Komunikativní znalost angličtiny. Schopnost samostatně řídit projekt, priority, rozpočet a termíny. Aktivní, praktický a zodpovědný přístup. Dobré komunikační a organizační schopnosti. Schopnost pracovat samostatně i spolupracovat s klienty, dodavateli, projektanty a úřady. Klient nabízí: Odpovědnou pozici v dynamickém mezinárodním prostředí. Možnost dalšího profesního rozvoje.
